When will my products ship?
Ready-to-ship products are shipped out every Friday.
Custom orders are shipped within 2 weeks of your order date.
What is your return, refund, and exchange policy?
All sales are final, no returns.
Exchanges are permitted if the customer is not satisfied with their product(s). Customer must send original products back (shipping cost must be handled by the customer) before another product/set can be provided.
How do I know my size?
Please refer to our sizing chart. We are not responsible for improper sizing.
How many nails come in each set?
Every set includes 14 nails.
What comes with my set of nails?
Every set includes an application kit: KDS nail glue, cuticle stick, nail file, and disinfectant wipes.
How long does a set last?
Our sets last 2 weeks to a month with proper care & maintenance.
Do you accept custom orders?

I have entered an incorrect shipping address, what do I do now?
